This policy explains what data is collected when you visit 9tec (blog.9tec.xyz), how it is used, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Who is responsible#
This blog is maintained by Gustavo Novello. For any question or request about your data, get in touch via LinkedIn or GitHub.
What data is collected#
The blog has no sign-up and no forms, and it does not ask you for personal data directly. The data below is collected by third-party services or for technical reasons:
Google Analytics#
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the blog is used: how many people visit, which pages are read, where visits come from (country, referring site), and which device and browser are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers. This data is used only in aggregate, to improve the content.

Google AdSense#
This blog shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google Ad Settings or at www.aboutads.info.

Comments#
Comments use Remark42, hosted on our own server (comments.9tec.xyz). When you comment, the name you enter, the comment text, and the date are stored. If you sign in with GitHub, your public username and profile picture are stored as well. This data is not shared with third parties.
Technical data#
Like any website, the server and the content delivery network (Cloudflare) log technical request data, such as IP address, browser, and requested page, for security and operational purposes.
The blog also stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser (localStorage). This information never leaves your device.
Cookies#
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. On this blog they are used by Google Analytics (statistics) and Google AdSense (ads).
On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept these cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Google AdSense run in Google’s consent mode: they don’t store cookies in your browser, Google receives only basic, non-identifying signals, and the ads shown are not personalized. Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage), and you can change it at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights#
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw your consent. For comments, just get in touch through the channels above. For data collected by Google, use the tools listed in the Google Analytics and Google AdSense sections.
Changes#
This policy may be updated when the blog starts using new services. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
